Reluctant Agile

What’s holding you back from embracing or further embracing Agile ways of working?

In a past survey of over 60 managers, here were the top questions holding them back:

1. How do I achieve alignment across the business?
2. When can we expect predictable outcomes?
3. Why is there no consistent understanding of what Agile really is?
4. How can the rest of the organization support Agile ways of working?
5. How do we measure success?
6. What is needed to support Agile teams working remotely?
7. What is needed to engage our clients in Agile ways of working?
8. How can we enable Agile roles to be more inclusive and considerate of the organization at large?

I conducted that survey in the fall of 2020. Over 6 months into the Covid pandemic.

Today, those questions continue to loom large with all the clients I’ve worked with since then!
